• Long stays of one month or more over the winter are available at a 50%   reduction on the   weekly rate plus 50 euros per month towards electricity and water

• We ask people to try and refrain from smoking in the flat
• We are flexible on changeover days.
• The apartments are available to occupy from 17.00hrs on your arrival day and must be   vacated by 11.00am on your departure day. We will be as flexible as possible when we   can.
• All linen, bedding etc is supplied. We do not supply beach towels,
  please do not take the bath towels to the beach.

Payments
• To secure booking a deposit must be paid of 25% of the total hire price. This deposit is non refundable.
• The 75% balance must be paid 1 month prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellations at 14 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged at 100% of the rental cost . Cancellations between 1 month and 15 days prior to arrival will incur charges of 50% of rental cost.
• Payment schedules will be sent by e-mail at the time of making your reservation. We normally accept part payment in Sterling equivalent of the Euros price in the U.K. and balance payments in local currency on arrival.
•A breakage deposit of 100 Euros must be paid on arrival. This will be returned on departure when the keys are handed back, providing there is no damage or items missing.
